Reynolds Celebration

OSU welcomed several executives from the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation to campus on Jan. 31 to publicly thank the organization for the foundation’s historic $14.8 million gift to OSU’s School of Architecture.  The award is the single largest contribution Oklahoma State has received from a private foundation and will be used to renovate and expand facilities for the university’s nationally renowned School of Architecture.  The new facility will be named the Donald W. Reynolds Architecture Building.  OSU System CEO and President David Schmidly, Board of Regents Chairman Burns Hargis and a host of others, including architecture faculty and students, thanked Fred Smith, Chairman of the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation’s board of trustees, Steve Anderson, President of the foundation, and others for the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation’s generosity and leadership in supporting academics.  Read more about the initial announcement here.
