The President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Foundation directs the organization under policies established by a 15-member Board of Trustees. The trustees are elected by and from a much larger group known as the Board of Governors. Currently 92 alumni and friends are comprised in the OSU Foundation Board of Governors.
OSU Foundation Governors represent the many donor publics of the Foundation. Together, these leaders provide direction, wisdom and accountability for Foundation staff members to be good stewards of each dollar given by thousands of loyal OSU supporters.
